Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and any outstanding fees become immediately due.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JiuSiYu Tech Veil regarding the use of our services.
